José Pascual has focused his practice on advising companies on Intellectual Property matters. In recent years, he has advised national and international clients on complex national, European and international patent portfolio management issues.

Eugenia Salis

Eugenia advises companies in the defence of their trademarks before the OEPM and the EUIPO regarding opposition, revocation and invalidity procedures. She also handles the management of opposition procedures abroad.
